Das war übrigens mein 4. Versuch. Bei allen bisherigen Downloads, erschien die alte Software ( Bossmedia) mit dem Hinweis, auf den Umzug.
Es gibt auch immer noch 2 verschiedene websites, eine Bossmedia und eine Ongame.
Nun hab ich endlich die neue Software gezogen, kann aber den Account mit meinen alten Daten nicht öffnen.
Nach einem Telefonat bekam ich die Antwort, ESP ist nicht mehr bei uns und sie seien nur per Mail zu erreichen.
Hab nun eine Mail verschickt und warte auf Antwort.

Sehr, sehr ärgerlich, habe dort noch einiges an Geld liegen.

@ Admin: Capportal ist doch Partner von ESP und die meisten hier haben den Raum über Capportal gezogen.
Kannst du dich nicht mal da umhören, was da los ist? Ich habe keine Lust auf mein Geld zu verzichten.
Deren Vorgehensweise gibt mir aber zu denken. Seriös ist was anderes!

An alle Spieler, die einen Account bei EuroSuperPoker haben!

Zur Zeit gibt es wohl massive Probleme bei EuroSuperPoker! Viele Spieler können nicht auf ihren Account zugreifen, da EuroSuperPoker von BOSS Media Network zu Ongame übergesiedelt ist.
Anfragen über Support werden zum Teil nicht beantwortet und das gibt uns zum Anlass, vorläufig EuroSuperPoker.com nicht mehr auf unseren Online Poker Portal - Capportal.com vorzustellen bis die Sachlage geklärt ist!

Wir hoffen im Sinne der Spieler, das die Probleme bald gelöst sind und alle an ihr Account kommen!

Wer solche Erfahrungen gemacht hat, oder neue Informationen hat, kann hier gerne seine Details äußern!
